As commercial and government activity around the Moon accelerates, understanding the orbital environment of cislunar space — the region between Earth and the Moon — is becoming critical for mission planning, collision avoidance, and space traffic management. Orbitscape is a web-based visualization tool built to make that complexity accessible.

The platform allows users to analyze orbital trajectories, explore orbital families, and plan missions within cislunar space through an interactive visual interface. Think of it as the ArcGIS of space — a mapping and analysis layer for a domain that has historically relied on static diagrams and specialized desktop software.

Orbitscape is also one of Luminosity Lab's student venture projects, with a clear commercialization path. The tool is designed to be sold as a SaaS platform on a per-user basis to commercial space companies and mission operations groups, with an API that allows organizations to embed Orbitscape visualizations directly into their own products and websites.
